Harrah's Campaign

When a new competitor opened up next to Harrah's Atlantic City, we were tasked with creating a campaign to rival it. The goal was to remind travelers of Harrah's staying power in AC and encourage them to visit our property. While we didn't have any brand new rooms or amenities to offer them, we read through reviews and found a very consistent sentiment being repeated by our guests: the employees at Harrah's are friendly, fun and the service is impeccable. New guests raved about how personable our staff is, while returning customers expressed how nice it is to see the same familiar faces on every visit. We decided to lean on this for the campaign, focusing on photography of our employees and guests having a great time, all anchored by the signature Harrah's star. Always friendly. Always fun. Always Harrah's. This campaign was then expanded for use at other Harrah's properties, such as Metropolis and Gulf Coast.

Below that, you will see another campaign that I developed early on for consideration. The idea was that we would create a custom "H" for each Harrah's property or region. These icons would integrate illustrative elements with the "H" in order to reflect something significant about that location.
